Caroline qualified as a Beauty Therapist and Fitness Instructor in 1994 and has subsequently worked continuously in the Health & Fitness industry.
In 2002 she became a self-employed therapist specialising in tailor-made
treatments to improve the emotional and physical health/well-being
of clients. Through regular additional training she has kept up
to date with the latest treatments/techniques and offers “head
to toe” therapy for:
Stress-relief; Relaxation; Healing; Detoxifying; Purification; Hydration and Anti-ageing.
All skin types can be effectively treated by using only carefully researched and selected products which
are safe, natural, organic, allergen and preservative free.
These include 
Mineral Therapy, the holistic effect of which results in a healthy, glowing complexion and perfectly relaxed state of mind.
A comprehensive range of conventional beauty treatments is also
available. Caroline has an established business in Knighton, Leicester,
where her skills and extensive experience have enabled her to
help improve the health and well-being of numerous clients with
wide ranging conditions.
